Shipping Policy

EC Best Tech warehouse is located in New York, USA. We try our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During holiday seasons it may take up to 3 business days.

When the shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us and we will check the status of your order.

Estimated transit times for domestic orders may vary between carriers used. Transit time does not include the time it takes us to process an order.

Transit time may be affected by weather or other circumstances from the mailing carrier side that we do not have control over. When we give you the information about estimated delivery date, we rely solely on the information given to us by the carrier. None of the carriers provide delivery guarantees and does not provide any refunds for the expedited shipping fees.

All orders are shipped in protected packaging to prevent damage in transit. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us for resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

EC Best Tech stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to EC Tech within 30 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund for any EC Tech store items.

Free return provided within 14 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund by any EC Tech store items.

​

Return or exchange products may be subject to 20% restocking fee upon store discretion.

Please Note:

It is the shippers responsibility to safely pack and ship the returning items to ensure the product does not get damaged in transit. Products that are received by EC TECH in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Any product not purchased from EC Tech website.

  • Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the shipment.

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage or wear and tear.

  • Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.

  • Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.

 

Return Processing Time

Refunds or exchanges will be handled 1-3 business days upon receiving the return or exchange items.
